Do I have to take all 12 at once?
Don’t worry, we won’t deliver them all at once! We will credit your account with 12 bottles, and deliver them as needed. We typically start our customers with 3 or 4 bottles, or as many bottles as you think you may need to tide you over for 2 weeks.
What size bottles?
.Promotion is available for either 3 or 5 gallon sizes.
When are my delivery days?
We offer 3 different types of delivery options. Choose which delivery frequency works best for you:
- Automatic Every 2 Weeks: We will come automatically once every 2 weeks, unless cancelled.
- Automatic Every 4 Weeks: We will come automatically once every 4 weeks, unless cancelled
- On call: With our on call program, we will only deliver water as requested. We will send you an email reminder the day before your delivery day, and if we don’t hear from you, we will assume you are still ok for water.
What is the cost for water?
- $99 each 12 bottles Premium Water
- $109 each 12 bottles Spring Water
- You are welcome to the same pricing as residential customers, however we may have special pricing for higher volume customers. Request a quote today!
Need a water dispenser?
No problem, we are happy to rent or sell you a water dispenser. Or, if you already have a cooler, we are happy to deliver water only. We also have room temperature dispensers and table top accessories for all sizes of rooms or counters.
Need a reminder for your delivery day?
We’ve got you covered. We will provide you with a calendar so you know when to expect us well in advance. We also send out an email reminder the day before each delivery to help you remember. If you receive automatic deliveries every 2 or 4 weeks, cancelling a delivery is as easy as replying and letting us know. If you choose to be “on call”, you will also receive an email reminder, so ordering water is as simple as replying.
Are there term contracts?
We have no term contracts for bottled water customers. Delivered or undelivered prepaid water and portion dispenser rentals are non-refundable.
Are there any other costs?
There is a $10 refundable bottle deposit on each bottle you have in your possession. Normally, this is only incurred on your initial invoice, or if there are any changes in your float. Once you establish a good float, the bottle deposits generally don’t factor in again. If you choose to stop service at some point down the road, we will refund your bottle deposits once all bottles have been returned.
